Sunday October 29th -
Each competitor is responsible for his/her own safety. Moreover,
each skipper is responsible for the seaworthiness of their yacht. It shall be
the sole responsibility of each skipper to decide whether or not to start or to
continue to race. The skipper accepts this responsibility by entering the race.
